How we work
A clear path for small teams in Luxembourg: choose an IT plan, get onboarded, then open a ticket in our client portal whenever you need help. Websites are separate: the build is a one-time fixed price, and hosting is billed monthly.
Choose your IT plan
Pay-As-You-Go is free for up to 5 people. The Support Plan costs €50 and the Unlimited Plan €100 per person per month, incl. 17% TVA, for 1–25 people. Every plan has a 12-month term and renews automatically. Same local team in Mertzig on every plan. Or pay yearly, get 1 month free.
Onboarding
We confirm the number of people, send a quote and start once it is signed. If you need Microsoft 365 or other add-ons, we add them, billed separately. Short start, then you are ready to send real requests.
Ask whenever you need
Open a ticket in our client portal. Slow laptop, mailbox issue, new user to set up — one place to ask. We handle requests Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00, as quickly as possible and most urgent first. The Support Plan includes 30 minutes of remote support per person per month; the Unlimited Plan, unlimited remote support during support hours.
We handle it and keep you moving
We pick up the request and fix what we can remotely; onsite work is billed separately, only when someone needs to be there. Upgrade to a higher plan at any time; to change plan, downgrade or cancel, give us 30 days' notice before the term ends.

We offer three IT support plans: Pay-As-You-Go, the Support Plan and the Unlimited Plan. How much does IT support from 8digit cost for a small business?
At 8digit, the Support Plan costs €50 and the Unlimited Plan €100 per person per month, incl. 17% TVA, for teams of 1 to 25 people. Pay-As-You-Go, for up to 5 people, has no monthly plan fee; help is billed only on request. Or pay yearly and get 1 month free. Onsite work, projects and add-ons are billed separately.
Is a website from 8digit a one-time cost or a monthly cost?
Both, for different things. Building the website is a one-time fixed price: template websites start from €2,500 and custom websites from €5,000, incl. 17% TVA. You pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to start and the rest on completion. Hosting is monthly: €49 per month incl. 17% TVA (or €539 per year: pay yearly, get 1 month free); 12-month term, renews automatically; domain billed separately.
Who owns a website built by 8digit, and where is it hosted?
A website built by 8digit is yours once the project is paid in full. It stays in 8digit's Webflow workspace, where we host it and keep updating it for you; we don't transfer it to another account. Hosting is €49 per month incl. 17% TVA (12-month term); the domain is billed separately. Later changes and new pages are quoted or billed by the hour.
How long is the contract for an 8digit IT plan, and how do I cancel?
Every 8digit IT plan, including Pay-As-You-Go, runs for 12 months and renews automatically for another 12 months. You can upgrade at any time. To change plan, downgrade or cancel, give us 30 days' notice before the end of the term; the change applies from the renewal. Cancelling during the term is not possible.
How quickly does 8digit respond, and when is support available?
8digit handles support requests as quickly as possible, most urgent first, during support hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00. Customers open a ticket in our client portal, which keeps everything in one place. New to 8digit? Use our contact form; we reply within two to three business days, usually sooner. Support runs during these hours, not 24/7.
Where is 8digit based, and which languages do you speak?
